Overlooking Weymouth Bay, No. 98 Boutique Hotel is a newly refurbished Grade II listed Georgian townhouse with free WiFi access.rooms include a TV as well as an ensuite shower room, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer and complimentary tea and coffeerefreshment tray.rooms have crisp white bed linen and fluffy white towels and have been refurbished in blue and green accents which beautifully reflect the seascape directly beyond our front door. Other facilities offered at the property include a shared lounge and luggage storage. From the property Nothe Fort is a 9-minute journey on foot and Weymouth Sealife Park is 1.2 miles away. Portland Bill Lighthouse is a 24-minute journey by car. The train station is a two minute walk. This is our guests favourite part of Weymouth, according to independent reviews.

Superior King Room. Our Superior King roomshave en-suite showers. We have two sea-facing and two courtyard-facing. They areunique and have a beautiful look and feelof their own. From the sea-facing rooms you can watch the hustle and bustle of Weymouth’s seafront, and marvel at stunning sunrises and sunsets. Superior Suite. Our Superior Suite runs along the length of our courtyard below, it isback from the main house in a peaceful oasisof its own and does not have a sea view. It is our only ground floor room. It comprises a king-size bed and a separate seating area divided by a small wall with two lounge chairs and a TV. It has a stunning bathroom with the advantage of having both a luxuriously deep bath and roomy shower (this is the only room in the house with a bath). The room is equipped with a complimentary refreshment tray including a cafetiere, hairdryer, tv, soft white fluffy towels and beds with crisp white bed linen. ;
Standard Double Room. We have two of these double rooms with en-suite showers and both are sea-facing, giving you panoramic views of Weymouth Bay. They are smaller than the king-size rooms, have a standard-sized double bed, and are more suited to shorter stays. They are beautifully airy and bright. The rooms are equipped with a complimentary refreshment tray, hairdryer, tv, soft white fluffy towels and beds with crisp white bed linen. ;
Deluxe King Room. Our Deluxe King Room is the most sought after in our hotel; otherwise known as “the best room in the house” by those returning guests who regularly request it. It has uninterrupted views of Weymouth Bay, and two huge almost floor to ceiling windows and balcony. It also has a seating areayou can enjoy the views, relax and unwind. The room comes equipped with a refreshment tray (including cafetiere), hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and soft fluffy white towels. ;
Superior Twin Room. This is a courtyard-facing room with en-suite shower room, and the option of configuring the room with either two single beds or one super-king – please let us know your preference in advance. A beautiful peaceful room with high ceilings and period fireplace.
